Product Description

Metastatic tumor models include spontaneous and experimental metastatic tumor models.  The spontaneous metastatic models are achieved by orthotopic tumor models, which provide a potential means of more accurately resenting clinical cancer with regard to metastasis.

The experimental metastatic models are established by injecting tumor cells through tail vein, portal vein, left ventricle, bone, spleen, lymph node  and other relevant routes.  Experimental lung, liver and bone metastasis have been commonly used for the evaluation of anti-metastasis drugs.
